Lowongan Senior IT Manager

Yew Chung Education Foundation operates Christian values based schools in Greater China. Our schools offer programs at the infant/toddler age through high school. We are looking for a self-directed and responsible candidate to take up the following post.
Major Responsibilities

This incumbent will report to the Chief Technology Officer for business supervision in the following areas:

• l to coordinate and provide support to the IT Divison including all IT operations, network, database, technical and software development across all Yew Chung Schools in Greater China;
• l to provide technical, network and infrastructure support to all Yew Chung Schools in Greater China
• l to guide and work with all schools in Greater China and divisions to identify IT needs and develop solutions;
• l to help in developing a system and a set of policies and procedures on maintenance and support;
• l to provide training support in the usage of available IT resources;
• l to ensure information security across organization including developing all necessary security and back-up measures;
• l to maintain the qualify assurance standard;

Requirements

• l Degree holder of Computer Science or Information System
• l Not less than 10 years’ relevant experience in the IT field with at least 4 years in management
• l In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in developing network, PC infrastructure
• l Experience in managing IT projects
• l Ability to characterize IT requirements and develop solutions
• l Knowledge of ISO 9000 and document control procedures would be useful
• l A problem shooter and creative in problem solving
• l Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
• l a good team leader and mentor to junior colleagues
• l Excellent in customer service
• l Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluent Putonghua)
