- -Provide technical supports on Windows/Exchange Server/SQL Server/Linux
- -Perform hardware and software installation of PC workstations
- -Perform on-site networking maintenance and setup
- -Maintain quality customer services and participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- -Diploma / Degree holder in IT related subjects
- -Experience in hardware, networking and Windows technical support
- -Possess CCNA/MCSA/MCSE qualification is a plus
- -Higher qualification candidate will be considered for senior post
